Important Reminder

  • No refunds during sales: Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are non-refundable.
  • No order cancellations: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Unboxing video required: A clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise any complaint. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please retain courier proof, as we are not liable for lost or misplaced returns.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective items.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Sale and promotional items are final and non-refundable.
